Welcome to Size It Up ("we", "us", or "the service"), a daily object-size guessing game available at sizeitup.co. This privacy policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. The short version: we collect almost nothing — there are no accounts, no sign-ups, and no personal data leaves your browser.
Size It Up has no account system. We do not ask for your name, email address, phone number, or any other personal identifier to play the game. There is no server-side database that stores player data, and we do not process payments.
All game data — your daily results, streak, score history, and settings — is stored locally in your browser using your device's local storage. This data never leaves your device and is not transmitted to us. Clearing your browser data for the site will delete your progress.
The site does not currently load any third-party analytics or tracking scripts. If we add analytics in the future (for example, to understand aggregate traffic), this policy will be updated and only privacy-respecting, aggregate tools will be considered.
Silhouettes shown in the game are openly licensed artwork sourced from Wikimedia Commons, released under CC0, CC BY, or CC BY-SA licenses. Author and license attribution is displayed in-game for each silhouette. Measurements are approximate adult sizes sourced from Wikipedia and are provided for educational and entertainment purposes.
When you click links to Wikimedia Commons or Wikipedia, those external sites are governed by their own privacy policies, which we encourage you to review.
The service is a general-audience game and does not knowingly collect personal information from anyone, including children under 13. Because the game requires no registration and stores data only on the player's own device, no personal information about children is collected by us.
Because we do not collect or store personal data about you, there is no personal data for you to access, correct, or delete from our servers. You may delete your local game data at any time through your browser's site-data settings.
We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.
